On Duke Energy solar storage pilot worthy of replication
Dan, first of all, I have no financial interest in any company whatsoever, cleantech or otherwise. Second, how is this promotional? If two major utilities have spent $100 million on an energy storage solution, this to me is exciting and I want to learn more. As a nuke guy, perhaps you feel that renewables and storage combined threatens atomic power? I don't know where you get off making such accusation. Unlike many of the consultants on this forum who actually make money from many of the companies that are discussed, I am a reporter who seeks out new technologies. Excuse me for being curious about what Premium Power is all about.
Feel free to apologize.

On Duke Energy solar storage pilot worthy of replication
Wow, lighten up.
What insider information? It's not like this is a public company and I'm misleading people so they can run to the stock market and buy shares. $200 million in deals for an emerging form of energy storage is quite compelling, regardless of what company I'm talking about. It happens to be Premium Power, or that's what my "hunch" is -- big deal if I've got hunches. I talk enthusiastically about all companies doing neat, potentially game-changing things. You think my "promotional" piece is going to convince a venture capitalist or major utility to abandon their due diligence and just buy into the company on my hunches? Get real, Dan. Seriously.
