On Germany Not Going Solar?

My intention was not to dicuss how much capacity will be produced, but wheteher they are able to follow their own plan... Total Productions should be renamed to Total Installed Capacity, that I agree.

I understand and know that there were reforms and it is exactly this that struck me. Although there are reforms and we are all getting into "green economy" the subsidies acctually has rose.
