Here are the first photos taken inside the control rooms of the crippled Fukushima Dia-ichi nuclear power plant.

According to the Nuclear & Industrial Safety Agency, the pictures show employees of the Tokyo Electric Power Company working inside reactor units 2 and 3. Both units experienced hydrogen explosions after the plant lost power — and the ability to cool fuel rods — because of the tsunami that struck the coastal plant on March 11th.
