Following closely on the much-anticipated release of the proposed Kerry-Lieberman Senate legislation (until recently known as the Kerry-Graham-Lieberman legislation), The Energy Collective brought together energy experts and a key legislator from the U.S. Senate to examine and debate the bill in an interactive online forum.

How will the Senate bill regulate large emitters and price greenhouse gas across the oil & gas, utility, and manufacturing industries as compared to the House-passed Waxman-Markey American Clean Energy and Security Act?
