The Oregon legislature requires that biodiesel be blended with standard diesel fuel throughout the state.
This blend requirement, sometimes referred to as “B2“, makes Oregon the third state to support dependence on domestically produced biofuel. the two others are Minnesota and Washington. Massachusetts and Pennsylvania are also set to join this group, but their schedule for implementation is next year
