Dwight E. Baker, PE received Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He served 5 years as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Officer including tours as Division Officer and Principal Assistant on Nuclear Surface Ships. He was certified as eligible for assignment as Chief Engineer. He subsequently worked for approximately seventeen years at Entergy Corporation in various Engineering, Operations, and Management roles, including six years as a Licensed Senior Reactor Operator at Waterford 3. Subsequently he worked as an independent consultant and for 8 years with MITRE Corporation supporting the DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Mississippi.
