I am a PhD Candidate at the Department of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University and the Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal, and member of the Center for Climate and Energy Decision Making at Carnegie Mellon. My research interests include analysis of policies to incentive renewable power diffusion in Europe, the links between energy and development and optimisation of allocation of wind parks. Methods include econometrics, economics and power systems analysis.
I hold a master's degree in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh, U.S., and a Bachelors of Electronics Engineering from Javeriana University, Bogotá, Colombia.
