Richard hales from a multi-generational family of mechanics, electricians & engineers, all skilled within their various respective arts. He has a lifetime of experience working with inventors. To this day, many of these inventions are widely used around the world. Currently, he develops Hybrid & Integrated Heat Exchange Systems for Biomass & Coal Fuel industries providing Secondary Combustion & Waste Heat Recovery Technologies for Electric Power Generation & Consumer Products in the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration markets.
