Sieren Ernst is the principal and founder of Ethics & Environment, a Washington, D.C. based environmental consultancy in climate change policy, economics, and advocacy. Ethics & Environment helps investors, small companies, and non-profits to understand, influence, and benefit from climate change policies. Sieren's past work has included the evaluation of carbon pricing systems, building and assessment of financial and emissions models, design of advocacy and education projects for responsible investment and carbon pricing, and the design and execution of clean energy projects in developing countries. She has over a decade of experience in development and environmental markets in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Sieren is a graduate of Northwestern University with degrees in economics and history. She speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
